  • MediaDB / «Life after Pushkin. Natalya Nikolaevna and her descendants [Text only]" Rozhnov Vladimir, Tatyana Rozhnova: download fb2, read online

About the book: 2001 / The purpose of this book is to tell about the little-known period of Natalya Nikolaevna’s life after the death of Pushkin. To see her no longer as a wife, but as a poet’s widow, resisting the slander of the world, a mother of young children, essentially alone among relatives and friends. The fate of Natalya Nikolaevna's descendants, to whom the second part of the book is dedicated, also still remained a blank spot. The authors define their genre as a documentary-fiction narrative. They do not impose their opinion - they simply arrange facts, documents, letters, photographs in a chronological chain, which in this combination speak for themselves. The book contains more than 600 portraits and photographs, most of which are published for the first time, as well as hitherto unknown materials from personal archives of Natalya Nikolaevna’s descendants. The real life of real people captures, leads and does not let go from the beginning to the very end of the book. The era itself emerges from its pages. Pushkin era. And the era AFTER Pushkin.
