About the book: 2022 / Ekaterina Vadimovna Murashova is a Russian psychologist, writer. Ekaterina Murashova was born on February 22, 1962 in Leningrad, graduated from Leningrad State University twice - biological and, almost ten years later, psychological faculties. She worked: at the Vozrozhdenie factory (as a winder), at the Zoo and at the Tent circus (as an animal care worker), at the Department of Embryology of Leningrad State University, at the Institute of Experimental Medicine (as a research assistant). Murashova began writing during her school years. The main character of the first story was a cat named Dervish, who helped Soviet geologists in the taiga and personally killed a couple of Basmachi. Then there were stories about school life. Her first publication was the story “Talisman” in the collection “Friendship” (1989). In addition to fiction, Ekaterina Murashova has published three books on child psychology: “Your incomprehensible child: Psychological problems of your children” (2002), “Children of “mattresses” and children of “catastrophe”: Hypodynamic and hyperdynamic syndrome” (2003) and “Memory - for five!” (2005). Ekaterina Murashova is a Member of the Union of Writers of St. Petersburg, but she does not consider herself a professional writer - for her it is more of a hobby. Now Ekaterina Murashova is a practicing child psychologist. She is married and has two children.
