About the book: 1962 / Viktor Makarovich Malygin was born in 1910 in the village of Vypolzovo, Kargopol district, Arkhangelsk region, into a peasant family. In his homeland he graduated from seven-year school, and in the mountains. Ulyanovsk - factory school FZU and worked as a mechanic. Here in 1931 he became a member of the CPSU.
