In Russia and the United States, this is expressed in the introduction of “vaccinated cards.” Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has already announced that those who have received the coronavirus vaccine will be able to enjoy some preferences compared to other citizens, in particular, the authorities will no longer infringe on the rights to free travel for those who are vaccinated against the coronavirus. Citizens of Poland are encouraged in the same way.” I’ll note right away that Sobyanin’s measures are really soft, because he could have completely deprived Muscovites of their pensions (the right to free travel is part of the pension) or ordered Muscovites to be drowned in the Moskva River. Well, who can stop him from doing this? Sobyanin is our benefactor! He is simply depriving Muscovites of part of their pension for refusing something that even doctors and vaccine developers refuse - vaccination against a microorganism that has not yet been isolated and is unknown. From what, according to doctors, will cause enormous damage to the health of those vaccinated. But who needs the health of Muscovites if they are no more than guinea pigs for Sobyanin? Rabbits with an extreme degree of cowardice and idiocy - so extreme that these guinea pigs also vote for Sobyanin in the elections. If we had a state and laws in force, then Sobyanin’s actions would be a crime, I have no doubt about it. But which one? At first glance, this is Article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Cruelty to Animals”, since it is clearly obvious who Sobyanin takes Muscovites for, however, I think lawyers will not agree with me. Then which article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is most appropriate in this case??
