About the book: 2011 / German historian Franz Kurowski in his book explores the air war between the Luftwaffe and the Soviet Air Force in 1941–1944. The author examines the actions of aviation in operations Barbarossa, Typhoon, Citadel and others. Provides a brief overview of military campaigns from the beginning of World War II until the surrender of Germany. The book reflects the state of aviation production of the parties on the eve of the war, describes the course of hostilities and information about the location of aviation formations on the fronts.
