About the book: year / Engineer Dimosh Tulup, with his friend lawyer Lyashenko, were the first to enter an empty apartment on the ground floor of an old building not far from the Peresypsky Bridge. Former investigator Anzor Lyashenko planned to open a law office on Peresyp, had doubts, looking at the ancient shell walls of a dilapidated house; and therefore invited a specialist, wanting to find out whether an extended redevelopment of such a room is possible.
