About the book: 2024 / Construction of the Lyudinovo ironworks began in 1732 by Nikita Nikitich Demidov. Completed in 1745. The plant specialized in smelting cast iron and manufacturing simple metal products. In 1820, the plant, along with the surrounding villages and lands, was bought by Ivan Akimovich Maltsov, and his son Sergei Ivanovich Maltsov changed the specialization of the plant.
