A book by a man who clearly worked directly in the 30s. in Germany and France (in library catalogs there are three more of his later books: one on the Third Reich, one on a political review of France, and a book dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the birth of People's Commissar M. Litvinov). His last book was published in 1937; from the works of A. Blum it is known that it was withdrawn for its anti-fascist orientation. Most likely this book had a similar fate.
