Being an alcoholic is becoming unprestigious. Unable to withstand shock therapy, the people rebel, demanding freedom of alcohol consumption and smoking, a general amnesty for drunkards, and the abolition of Prohibition. Reformers are throwing Temperance Society activists, the army and the police against drunken citizens.
