Hosea was formed where the main productive forces of the planet were once concentrated - where the destroyed and poisoned nature could not be restored. Ecological death did not turn Hosea into a lunar desert: people who could not resurrect nature genetically changed themselves and learned to live in new conditions. Not a single Osian could leave his homeland, this poisonous ulcer of the planet; no non-Osians could penetrate Ossia.
