About the book: 1988 / The main theme of Yuri Koginov’s work is man and his civic duty. In the new work “No wonder he came out early,” the writer explores a bright, but ended early and therefore little known. Over the twenty-nine years of his life, Ignatius Fokin managed as a young man to take part in the events of the first Russian revolution, during the World War to become one of the members of the St. Petersburg Committee and the Russian Bureau of the Central Committee of the Bolshevik Party, during the October Revolution, as a member of the Moscow regional bureau of the RSDLP (b), to lead the proletariat of the Bryansk industrial district. The activities of the hero of the story were connected with L. Bubnov and V. Kuibyshev, L. Japaridze and N. Shchors, among his students and associates were the future Deputy People's Commissar of Defense J. Alksnis and the future partisan commander and writer Hero of the Soviet Union D. Medvedev.
