About the book: year / In the current Russian situation, when the country is on the verge of not only economic disaster, but also physical extinction, attracts attention, on the one hand . an abundance of programs, developments, projects and appeals from a variety of opposition forces, and on the other hand (and this was demonstrated, in particular, by the past referendum), the glaring weakness and inconsistency of both the documents themselves and the joint actions of the opposition. The Post-Perestroika Club, uniting representatives various political parties, social movements, specialists in various fields of knowledge, states that in order to form a capable opposition, a real (and not fictitious) political synthesis of all pro-state forces in Russia is necessary, which can only take place on a common and carefully comprehended theoretical and ideological basis. The proposed document , which is considered as a subject for starting a discussion on the foundations of such a synthesis, was developed by the team of authors of the "Postperestroika" club consisting of: S. Kurginyan (leader), A. Balakirev, Yu. Byaly, L. Gusev, V. Solokhin, N. Timofeev, S. Fedorov, N. Yatskevich with the participation of club activists.
