The author of the book, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Nikolai Sergeevich Borisov, talks about the life and activities of the Tver prince with maximum detail and objectivity, drawing on all currently available historical sources and restoring a complex and diverse picture of the struggle between Moscow and Tver for supremacy over North-Eastern Russia at the end of the 13th - first decades of the 14th century.
