About the book: 2006 / The textbook of institutional economics (new institutional economic theory) is based on the experience of teaching this science at the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov in 1993–2003. It includes a presentation of the general methodological and instrumental prerequisites of institutional economics, the application of a neo-institutional approach to the study of property, various types of contracts, the market and the firm, the state, consideration of interpretations of institutional changes, new economic history and the economic theory of law, in which the subject inherent in institutional economics is considered based on the neoclassical approach.
