About the book: year / Here is the introductory part of the novel "Gotameron", the action of which takes place on the planet Gamelan in the kingdom of Magoria. For 30 years now, the planet has been engulfed in a great war. King Reman II fights on two fronts, allied with the Ford clans and lords of the eight duchies, defending the north, west and east of Magoria from the enemy hordes. Only those at court know that in a few years the war will be lost. Far to the south, beyond the Old Sea, battles do not rumble. Here on the islands live peasants, hunters and miners in peace; but everything comes to an end sooner or later. The enemy is pulling a fleet to the islands to capture the ryklium mines and wipe out the few settlements from the face of the earth. At the same time, a man arrives on the island of Myrkhold, whose appearance could turn the tide of the war. The only trouble is that the stranger doesn’t wish people well either..
