About the book: 1979 / This collection is an almost complete collection of poems written by Vladimir Nabokov. The only things not included in it were, firstly, very early works, secondly, those that were too similar in form and content to others and, thirdly, those in which he found formal shortcomings. The selection was made by the author himself. He was going to do another, more strict review, but did not have time. Vera Nabokova
