About the book: 2008 / Olga Yuryevna Shilina - candidate of philological sciences. In 1990, she defended her diploma “Psychologism of Vladimir Vysotsky’s poetry” at the Faculty of Philology of Leningrad State University. She graduated from graduate school at the Institute of Russian Literature (Pushkin House) of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 1999 she defended her dissertation on the topic “The Poetry of Vladimir Vysotsky. Moral and psychological aspect." The author of more than 40 works, of which about 30 are devoted to the work of Vladimir Vysotsky. Olga Shilina’s book “Vysotsky and Music: “I studied all the notes inside and out...”” is an attempt to combine information scattered across various publications about the place of music in the life and work of Vladimir Vysotsky. The book is addressed to everyone who is interested in his work.
