About the book: 2015 / The textbook discusses the legal nature of the state contract, the essential terms of the state contract in the context of the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 “On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods and services to meet state and municipal needs.” Prepared in the form of a scientific and practical commentary on Article 34 of the said Law and taking into account the amendments and additions made by Federal Law No. 396-FZ of December 28, 2013, as well as the latest clarifications of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Federal Treasury.
