About the book: 1980 / The problem of environmental conservation determined two directions for the development of economic research: the transition to solving integral management problems (interrelated consideration of issues of economic growth , special development and conservation of the environment) and the development of new criteria for choosing economic decisions. The latter required a further, more in-depth analysis of one of the central issues of economic theory - the construction of a system of cost measurements and the transformation of the mechanism of action of the law of value. The book offered to the attention of readers is dedicated to these areas of research in relation to the socialist economy.
