MediaDB / «Queue for happiness" Yuri Klyuch: download fb2, read online
About the book: 2004 / The article was published in the June issue of the magazine "Borisfen" for 2004. This is a review of Lyubov Ovsyannikova’s book “Zaruchniki doli” - about the Black Sea sailors who died on the battleship “Novorossiysk” in 1955. Among them was her fellow countryman, Slavgorod resident Yuri Artemov. As the title suggests, the book “Zaruchniki doli” was written in Ukrainian. But after its publication, it was sent to the Naval Museum of Sevastopol, and there it received support and an offer to republish it for the Russian-speaking reader. So, a few years later, the book was published in Russian under the title “On the Altar to Neptune.” Lyubov Ovsyannikova is not familiar with the author of the publication. Moreover, he believes that he hid under a pseudonym. She probably would not like to agree with everything written, and she would be ready to object to many issues. But Yuri Klyuch’s restraint is captivating when you feel his desire to go on a rampage, but he does not allow himself to do so. I like his careful reading of the book, his detailed insight into its characters... He wrote a good article. For my part, I would only like to note that we and our ancestors were in no way affected by the Second World War. They fought on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War and we shouldn’t be subjected to European squabbles. We have our own great history. And one more remark - about the forgiveness of Slavgorod residents, which may seem somehow... strange. So sometimes people forgive others for serious sins - but only then and because these sins did not lead to trouble, when they were neutralized through the efforts of other people. So it was with Bem. Yes, he reported on his neighbor and she was arrested. But immediately there were people who managed to intervene and correct the situation. Otherwise, of course, Bem would not have seen forgiveness and a loyal attitude towards himself.
