About the book: 2024 / Another work about the Great Patriotic War. A skeptical reader will say with disbelief: “Well, another graphomaniac has written about something that he has not the slightest idea about!” This person will be partly right. But only partly! I wasn't in that war. What can I know and what right do I have to write about her?! I have the right! Since that war influenced me, it influenced my character and life. It influenced me through those people who surrounded me from infancy... My grandmothers and grandfather disappeared into oblivion. My parents, born in the mid-30s of the last century, passed away. The aunts and uncles left. All of them are involuntary witnesses and participants of those terrible events. But their warmth and love lives in me now. Everything that they generously gave me for many years lives on. And I hope to retain this warmth of theirs and this love of theirs. Save and increase!
