About the book: 1984 / P. Radchenko's trilogy "At the Dawn" is dedicated to the most important events in the history of the civil war and the formation of Soviet power in the Kuban. The reader will become acquainted with the events of this difficult for the Soviet Republic of the time: a struggle unfolded with the White Guard general Ulag, who landed with troops in the area of the village of Primorsko-Akhtarskaya[1] and other coastal settlements of the Kuban. At the same time, internal counter-revolution, kulaks, and bandits raised their heads. They organized a series of revolts in the cities and villages of Kuban. The author talks about the heroic deeds of the Soviet people, their selfless devotion to the young state of workers and peasants, shows the process of formation of a new person - the builder of a socialist society. The first book of the trilogy was published in 1949, the second in 1959 year, the third - in 1968. Since the author in his work widely uses colloquial speech in local dialects, names of household items and localities contemporary to the events described (and now outdated or out of use), the compiler of the fb2 document considered it necessary to accompany the source text with a large number of comments.
