About the book: 2013 / Nikolai Ivanovich Potapov - author of the books "On the Seven Winds", "Life without Love is Impossible", "Collapse, execution”, “Dark Kingdom”, “This is how we live”. Participant in the Great Patriotic War. After the war he graduated from the Navigation Aviation School. He flew as a navigator on different types of aircraft. Later he worked in newspapers and magazines as an editor. For many years he worked in the All-Russian Voluntary Society of Book Lovers. Has government awards. Performances based on his plays have been staged in a number of professional drama theaters. The playwright’s new book includes documentary dramas dedicated to the heroism of the Soviet people, the role of ordinary soldiers, officers, and generals in the decisive battles of the Great Patriotic War (1941–1945).
