At the same time, policeman Wayne Tedrow finds himself in Dallas, looking for a black pimp, whom he was offered to kill for six thousand dollars. Over the next five years, these three find themselves involved in various criminal adventures, including heroin trafficking in Vietnam, illegal supplies of American weapons to Cuba, murder Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy, as well as a deal between billionaire Howard Hughes and the mafia, the subject of which was the city of Las Vegas.
