About the book: 2005 / Alexander Alexandrovich Formozov was born in 1928 in Moscow. In 1951 he graduated from the history department of Moscow University. He worked for more than 50 years at the Institute of Archeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Published 320 works, including 26 books.
