He came to visit his grandmother, with whom my parents lived in friendship and neighborhood for many years. The founder of the “severe style” spoke about the life of ordinary people of his contemporaries. Getting to know the artist’s work made it possible to understand the Christian meanings in some of his works. The premonition of death on the eve of his murder is striking.
