About the book: 2022 / We present to your attention a commentary on Chapter 13 of the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ “On Enforcement Proceedings.” Enforcement proceedings of a non-property nature are the most complex and, in their execution, require the need to take into account not only the norms of various branches of legislation, but also the use of appropriate tactics for planning and organizing enforcement actions. The main criterion used in preparing the work was the criterion of practicality. In connection with this, a significant array of judicial practice of courts of various instances, as well as explanations contained in the documents of the FSSP, was studied and summarized. This work is aimed at persons who directly in practice are faced with the execution of enforcement documents of a non-property nature (bailiffs and other officials of the FSSP of Russia, parties to enforcement proceedings and their representatives, judges).
