About the book: 2021 / The second book of the novel “Moses,” which tells about one day in a German psychoneurological clinic in Jerusalem. In real time, the novel takes only one day - from the main character’s last morning sleep to the evening celebration of the solemn 25th anniversary of this clinic, associated with funny and not very funny events and incidents. At the same time, the form of the novel, which the author defines as dreams, allows him to handle the material quite freely, transporting the reader either to the past or to the future, populating the space of the novel with all known characters - for example, Moses, Emperor Nicholas or the young and eternally hungry Adolf, whom the grandfather of one of the heroes met in Vienna in 1912. As for the love plot, which is almost obligatory for every novel, it, of course, also has its place here, although perhaps not quite in the way one might expect.
