About the book: 1990 / The manuscript of the memoirs of Veronica Vitoldovna Polonskaya has been stored since 1938 in the funds of the V.V. Museum. Mayakovsky (hereinafter GMM); “Memories of V.V. Mayakovsky” was first published in 1987 in the journal “Voprosy Literatury”, No. 5. Here they are printed with replenishment of notes. The manuscript consists of two general notebooks, written in ink, almost without corrections, with additions inserted (apparently after finishing the work) on separate sheets.
