There is almost no work, the harvest poured into the barns is not afraid of rains and droughts, the summer illnesses have passed, but the winter illnesses have not yet arrived, the evil spirits, if there were any, have eaten away over the summer and have subsided. In winter, of course, she will starve again and return, but, alas, the cautious villagers prefer not to wake up the evil while it is quiet. Not to say that I, too, particularly wanted to while away the nights in some dubious ravine, in addition to the fee, earning a runny nose in the fine but persistent autumn rain. It’s an amazing thing: beautiful, warm and dry weather can last for weeks until I get to work in the fresh air, and then everything is at my service - rain, hail, sudden frost or hurricane wind that deflects spells.
