Pakhomov (1872– 1924) “The First Artist.” Without claiming scientific authenticity, the author, using the example of the adventures of the brave hunter, artist and priest Kremin, shows in it the development of artistic creativity of Stone Age people. It was art, as stated in the book, that became the driving force of progress, social organization and, finally, religious ideas of primitive society.
