Having received an offer from the management of FC Dynamo (Moscow) in the off-season to lead the team, the great football player and coach decided to return to his native club, back to square one. In the spring of 1994, Beskov and his Dynamo had their premiere on the football fields of Russia. They - the coach and the team - are together again, as if there had never been a twenty-year break. Konstantin Ivanovich’s new book, the manuscript of which was ready two years ago, also has a premiere. On the way to the reader, an insurmountable obstacle for her was the financial barrier of production costs. But there are no insoluble problems. This publication is a kind of gift from the Dynamo football club (Moscow) to both the author and tens of thousands of fans. Beskov’s book “My Life in Football” is finished. Beskov's life in football continues. And, perhaps, the best chapters - not books, but destinies - have not yet been written by him... The book tells about the fate of a football player and a coach, about life in football, but not as it is depicted in the mind of a fan or in smooth memoirs. This book - a frank story about how professional sports life actually works out, what its problems and hardships are. This is also the result of a generalization of the personal experience of an outstanding coach and his thoughts on the development of world football, on the role of Soviet football in it.
