About the book: 2020 / In 1953, the first issue of Playboy magazine was published in Chicago with the inimitable Marilyn Monroe on the cover. The magazine played a huge role in the country's sexual revolution in the 1960-1980s. Using the example of the main “men's magazine”, we decided to trace the evolution of concepts about female beauty and sexuality.
