About the book: 2003 / O.E. Mandelstam (1891-1938) - great Russian poet. His poems were first published when he was only nineteen years old, and at forty-seven he died in a transit camp on the way to Kolyma. After twenty years of official oblivion, a gradual return of Mandelstam's poetry to readers began. This edition includes poems from the cycles “Stone”, “Tristia” and others. The publication preserves the author's spelling and punctuation.
