The main characters are the emperor of parliamentary Russia Mikhail, his son George, the grandson and grandchildren of Nicholas II, who inherit the oil empire of Royal Dutch + Romanov Dobycha. The Western states of the USA are surrounded by a bloc of pro-British Canada and the FSA, waging a cold war of military, cultural and ideological confrontation.
