Philosophy as a spiritual activity”, “Introduction to the philosophy of law”) and materials for them, an essay “On meaning”, an essay “Doubt”, a short summary of a course in logic (1920), unfinished notes on law and legal consciousness (1917–1918), “General Doctrine of Law” (1920) and the book “On the Essence of Legal Awareness” (1918). The appendix publishes the work of N. N. Ilyina “Loneliness and Communication” (1916). All materials are taken from the I. A. Ilyin Archive in the Department of Rare Books and Manuscripts of the Scientific Library of Moscow State University. M. V. Lomonosov and published for the first time.
