About the book: 2016 / Elder Hieroschemamonk Ephraim of Katunaksky (Papanikitas; 1912–1998) - disciple of Elder Joseph the Hesychast, ascetic of Holy Mount Athos. During his lifetime, he became widely known as the continuer of the ancient ascetic tradition of hesychast prayer.
