About the book: year / Tarkov is a city of pain, fear and death, a purgatory city. Being at the junction of states and zones of influence, it dictates its terms to everyone who finds itself within its borders. It absorbs its inhabitants, changes them and does not let them go, suffocating them with an oppressive atmosphere, forcing them to die or stay. For some, escape is the only way to escape, others adapt and want revenge. But no matter how cruel Tarkov’s reality is, there is a place for devotion in it: to yourself, to your partner, to your homeland or to the city itself.
