About the book: 1982 / The last novel published during the writer's lifetime, "The White Wall" is an integral part of the "Relvas Saga". With its characters, time and place of action, which unfolds in the province of Ribatejo and in Redol's hometown of Vila Franca, the novel is in many ways a continuation of The Pit of the Blind. Its main character Ze Miguel, nicknamed "Ze Rich", the grandson of Antonio Six-fingered, the servant and groom of Dno Relvas, becomes one of the next victims of the powerful landowner clan.
