About the book: year / Talented Polish writer T. Borowski (1922–1951) is a former prisoner of the fascist concentration camp in Auschwitz. The main tragedy of the concentration camps, to which the criminal logic of their creators led, is, according to the writer’s conviction, expressed in his stories, the extermination of everything human in the victim, coercion under pain of death into submission, the calculated pitting of man against man.
