About the book: year / In the second, significantly expanded and a revised edition of the reference book “A complete list of associations and formations of the 3rd Reich from citizens of the USSR and emigrants,” prepared by Vadim Makhno, presents reference data, “dry numbers and bare facts” as well as a brief description of the combat path of the corresponding armies, associations and formations, as well as their further fate after the defeat of Germany and its allies in the 2nd World War. The undeniable advantage of the reference book is the complete absence of value judgments and comments, not to mention the myths and ideologies with which the historiography of the last World War is oversaturated. The author deliberately based the reference book mainly on the research of Russian researchers of military history. The publication will be useful to historians and journalists, to everyone who researches and is interested in the history of the last World War.
