About the book: 2011 / A two-volume edition of the Lives of Russian Saints is offered to the attention of the pious reader, which can serve as an addition to the multi-volume collection of the Lives of saints set forth by St. Demetrius of Rostov. The Church calls Russian saints our heavenly relatives. Looking carefully at their exploits, with which they sanctified our land, we will try to imitate their lives, so that together with them we become citizens of the Heavenly Fatherland common to us all.
