About the book: 2015 / Within the framework of this study, the main directions of state support were identified small and medium-sized businesses, a number of measures were proposed to improve the legal conditions for the implementation of state support for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as draft regulations on introducing amendments and additions to the current legislation regulating the conditions of state support for small and medium-sized businesses. Conclusions and proposals can be used in law enforcement practice of government bodies, in the activities of business entities.
