About the book: 1996 / Holy Righteous John of Kronstadt (1829–1908) is one of the most significant saints of Russia in recent times. During his earthly ministry it was enough to write a letter to Fr. John for his exploits - prayerful works, fasting and selfless deeds of love for God and neighbors. Despite his unusual busyness, Righteous Father John found time to keep a spiritual diary, writing down daily his thoughts that came to him during prayer. The main idea of ​​Father John’s work “Golden words about the meaning of the Orthodox faith” is the need for true ardent faith in God and life by faith, in a constant struggle with “passions and lusts”, devotion to faith and the Orthodox Church, as the only one who saves.
