Journalist Lantseva and police major (at that time police) Bulykin are trying to reverse the hopeless situation. They can't do it. Then Lantseva comes up with a crazy idea to release from prison the former leader of a street gang, Radaev, whom Bulykin once “imprisoned” for murder and a raid on a bank. Now there are three of them... But even the three of them can barely cope, exposing themselves to mortal risk, not suspecting that their task is being carried out by a Drug Control agent, whom they consider a “werewolf”, a man of the drug mafia. This film story is full of action, as a real movie should be. Villains go out of their way to do their dirty deeds, fighters against evil fight them headlong. The reader sees this movie using his imagination.
