Trotsky's Jewish emissaries abroad ensured that Trotsky received weapons on credit for the subsequent granting of concessions for the development of Russian natural resources. Having currency and weapons, Leon Trotsky armed criminals and bandits, to whom he set the goal of suppressing any resistance in Russia to his regime.
