About the book: 2015 / The author of the book is Yaroslava (Olga Alekseevna) Ageeva, the head of the Moscow center of culture and traditions of Rus' "LIVING SPRING". Trained as a neurologist, who devoted more than 20 years to work in a large hospital in Moscow. In addition to official medicine, from her student days she was interested in traditional medicine, studied the methods of energy healing of different nations and successfully used them. From early childhood she spent a lot of time in the forest and learned to feel natural energies and understand them. By origin, she is a descendant of Cossack families, including and the family of characterists. As a child, I heard many stories from my grandmothers about their ancestors, but I didn’t understand everything. I understood when I began to deeply study the history, culture and tradition of Rus', and gained access to ancient knowledge and the worldview of the Slavs. Having seen the depth of our ancestors’ perception of the world and comparing it with the existing knowledge of traditional and alternative medicine, remembering the priceless grandmother’s stories and my own observations of life and nature, I realized the unity and interconnection of all things in God, partially revealed my own ancestral memory and new possibilities. The perceived natural worldview made it possible to see its manifestations in all areas of life, especially in the culture and traditions of the peoples of Rus', who previously were a single people - the Russians. The understanding has come that it was the worldview of our great ancestors that formed the basis of our culture and tradition and gave strength to their descendants for thousands of years.
