But they all unanimously argued that in the fifteen-year history of the Time of Troubles, 1612 was a turning point: in March, a Provisional Government was created in Yaroslavl, and in October, militia units led by D. Pozharsky liberated Kitay-Gorod and the Kremlin from the invaders.
