    About the book: 2012 / Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Molotov was Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR in 1930–1941, People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs of the USSR in 1939–1949. He is best known as the creator of the “Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact” on the eve of the war with Germany, but Molotov’s role in the life of the Soviet Union under Stalin was much greater than participation in foreign policy. The memoirs of Khrushchev, Mikoyan and Kaganovich provide evidence and facts on this matter - as for Molotov’s personality, each of the authors has his own opinion about him.
