About the book: 1979 / Anatoly Zemlyansky is a poet and prose writer, the author of many books written in different genres. These are mainly lyrical and philosophical works in which the writer touches on both modern phenomena and the most important events of the past. One of his recently published books is a collection of short stories, fairy tales, and poetic watercolors, “Animation,” a word spoken with love and concern about nature. The novel “Pulse of Memory” is built on a peculiar temporal comparison, when two days of travel to the grave where the deceased is buried the war of the soldiers, the memory of his son, looking for this grave, passes through the difficult roads of decades, the road of his entire life, tracing many and different human destinies. The novel was first published by Soviet Writer in 1973.
